Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Bastét. Because our toothpaste is a personal care product, we can only accept returns on unopened items in their original packaging.

Returns
You may return unopened product within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at hello@bastetritual.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process it.

Opened products
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used toothpaste.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email hello@bastetritual.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will review your request and get back to you with next steps.

Subscriptions
Subscribe and save orders can be paused or cancelled anytime from your account. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel before your next billing date. Orders that have already been charged and shipped follow the return terms above.
